The high throughput capacity design allows the components to run at a consistently low speed, consuming very little power, making the Swingmill.® one of the most efficient sludge dewatering devices available on the market.
The efficiency and effectiveness of our system decreases polymer usage by approximately 30%. Less polymer reduces operating costs and provides better overall results.
A Combination of the Tubox.® & Swingmill.® technologies can improve the sludge handling capacity by approximately 20%. Our dual screw configuration and pendulum ring motion allows a higher throughput capacity with an increase in the recovery rate of the solid.
The unique pendulum movement of the rings eliminates clogging, reducing wash down and maintenance costs. The non-contact, non-abrasive mechanism also reduces wear, increasing durability.
The versatile Tubox.® and Swingmill.® devices are suitable for a myriad of industries, being capable of successfully dewatering a wide variety of sludges.

Our Sludge dewatering systems are fully programmable, with automated 24 hour start-stop unattended operations. We reduce the labour costs and set-up time whilst offering you the ability to memory store different settings for different processes.
Compared to traditional / conventional screw-presses, our non-contact, non-abrasive mechanism, increases the lifespan of the moving rings from 10,000 to 100,000 hours and the screw from 30,000 to 100,000 hours.
The flexibility of adjustment in the speed of the screws and the moving rings can capture more water and reduce the volume of the solids, all this without sacrificing throughput. A lower volume of solids offers reduced disposal costs and a greener / cleaner environment / world.

The improved DSM-501-D Swingmill with Tubox and ultrasonic sensors was installed to dewater DAF sludge from a lamb abattoir. It greatly eliminated time and costs for removing the sludge.
A complete Swingmill solution was installed for a glass production site. It consisted a Swingmill, sludge tank, level sensors, pumps, touchscreen control panel, all with IP66 protection and a Polymore chemical dosing unit.
Cavitation Air Flotation
The all new DSM-121-S Swingmill including a twin tank polymer make-up system was used to dewater CAF sludge from a glass manufacturer. The system was easy to setup and it achieved excellent results.
Gut Content Abattoir
The lamb abattoir requires to reduce the volume of DAF sludge and gut contents after slaughtering. They require a system that can cope with a high level of grease and fat without the fear of clogging.
Food Processing Plant
The plant produces 30m³ of DAF sludge every day. The sludge is transported away on a daily basis without dewatering, leading to a higher cost of disposal.
Pulp and Paper Mill
One of the biggest paper company in the world require a dewatering system, that can cope with high fibre sludge without clogging and able to operate under high humidity.
A belt press dewater 100m³ of DAF every week. They are old and requires frequent maintenance. The Swingmill is a cheaper alternative for the rendering plant, reducing running and maintenance costs with drier sludge cake.
A manufacturer of vegetable product installed a new DAF system and the Swingmill was chosen to dewater the sludge.
